Shipping policy

Pre Orders

Pre ordering is now available on selected products. Your order will NOT be posted until all items are ready. It is your responsibility to triple check the pre orders. I will do my best to keep you updated and remind you if you have purchased a pre order product.

General Postage Information

I aim to get your order posted as soon as possible. This will usually be within 5 business days (Mon – Fri). Sometimes there can be delays, although this is very rare I will always keep you updated if your order isn’t posted within 5 working days.

* I am NOT responsible for incorrect addresses so please double check that your shipping address is correct. 

* If you are paying via PayPal I have an obligation to send your parcel to the address listed on your PayPal account. In the event that your PayPal address does NOT match your shipping address I have the right to cancel your order.

* If you’re purchasing as a gift for someone else I do NOT recommend using PayPal as your payment method. 

Local Delivery

I offer free delivery in Kukerin 6352, Western Australia. Please use Local Delivery option when you check out and I will be in contact when your order is ready.

I also do regular trips into Katanning, Lake Grace, Dumbleyung and Wagin and Narrogin. You can now order via the website with the option of free delivery.

If you’re located in the surrounding towns and the option for delivery doesn't show up and would like to collect or request delivery, please email bonnie@ruraleskincare.com.au and I will be happy to assist with your order.

Postage within Australia

I only have the option to use Australia Post as we are rural. All orders will have a tracking number for you to track. Postage times vary between 4 days to 2 weeks.

Standard: $12.95 

FREE when you spend over $100.00

Express: $16.95

Your order will be packaged to a high standard. I tend to recycle as much of my packaging as possible and do my best to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
